Job description: Our Canadian based client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to join their project starting in May that will run for 9 months. This will be a hybrid work setting.
- The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce Program Manager with deep expertise in SAP integration to lead and drive the successful deployment, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
- The candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, project management, and cross-platform integrations, particularly with SAP ERP and related enterprise systems.
- 10+ years of Salesforce program management experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud).
- Proven expertise in Salesforce-SAP integration, including SAP SD, MM, FI, or related modules.
- Strong knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, Lightning, Flows, Apex, and data migration strategies.
- Project & Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT program management, CRM implementations, or enterprise software deployment.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, align competing priorities, and lead cross-functional teams.

- Program & Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions integrated with SAP.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute a roadmap for Salesforce enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Establish and enforce best practices for Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Salesforce & SAP Integration Oversight: Design, oversee, and support Salesforce-SAP integrations, ensuring data consistency, process automation, and system scalability.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to ensure best practices in APIs, middleware and security protocols.
- Drive the automation and streamlining of lead-to-cash and service management processes between Salesforce and SAP.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, Salesforce developers, and third-party vendors.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements and functional designs.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure end-user adoption and system efficiency.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Monitor system performance, user feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on project status, ROI, and future enhancements.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.

- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
