We focus on understanding our client’s challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location.Purpose-led work you’ll be part ofAs a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, with experience of leading teams to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution of their Customer Transformation. Responsibilities include:Leading on the discovery and design of our Salesforce solutions, uncovering the client problems and coming up with solutions across Sales, Service and Marketing capabilitiesWorking with clients on how to translate their strategic goals into business solutions and put the customer at the centre of their businessCollaborating with PwC teams both in Ireland and across EMEAProactively managing the various stakeholders both on the client side and internal to PwC (e.g. industry sector teams)Identifying and developing new business opportunities with new or existing clientsExperiences and skillsMinimum 5 years in business and/or functional analysis and design of CRM and related customer-facing technology, specifically SalesforceDeep expertise on front-office processes and best practice around Sales, Service and MarketingKnowledgeable about business analysis techniques and and willingness to learn the PwC way of applying these in our engagementsStrong team player with the interest to coach and mentor junior colleaguesExperience of having worked in a matrix environment, ideally in a professional services environmentSelf-motivated and able to work without daily supervisionExcellent communication skills – must be able to understand and articulate business challenges and discuss solutions with clients.Ability to handle ambiguity and find a way to move forward with limited informationUnlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together!
