  • Manage key accounts and grow long-term business relationship with assigned customer group
  • Strategize and implement sales plans and sales activities for assigned business/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introduction, order taking, marketing initiatives to achieve revenue target
  • Define and manage offer proposal, contract and commercial terms, in accordance with company policies
  • Handle customer complaints/issues log and follow up customer issues

Business Development:

  • To develop new business and the potential channel growth

Sales Analysis:

  • Provide regular sales report and performance analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunity
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectivesRequirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in HORECA and foodservice industry, coffee channel preferred
  • Strong understanding of HORECA and foodservice industry, market dynamics and customer needs
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
