This is a role with real variety! You will be providing support and advice to our customers and assisting in the busy operation of our retail store. You’ll be handling inwards and outwards goods; inventory control, health and safety procedures, visual merchandising, stock take.With the opportunity to hone your agricultural expertise and open the door to multiple career pathways throughout the wider business, there couldn’t be a better place to startPlease note, hours of work will be Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and rostered Saturday’s 9am – 12pmWe have 2 x permanent roles.– 1 x Sales Specialist role– 1 x Sales role available, with the opportunity to take on additional administrative responsibilities. The key tasks include:

• Ordering stock
• Managing sales orders
• Overseeing the delivery schedule for drum hub and bulk logistics
• Handling customer orders
• Managing the Taupiri mailbox
• Answering calls from the main phone line

About you | Moe koeYou’ll be a self-motivated, adaptable team member with excellent customer service and communication skills. You’ll have a high level of physical fitness; we are looking for someone who is hands on and able to sustain repetitive manual handling such as lifting our 25kg bags of product daily.Ideally, you’ll have some prior customer service/sales experience and a connection to the agricultural industry. That said, we’re equally open to those looking to make a move straight off farm or who are current customer experts keen to learn all about the ag/dairy industry.Sound like you, other key things we’re on the lookout for includes:

• Rural experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Valid forklift / Dangerous Good license – or willingness to attain one!
• A full, clean drivers’ licence
• Can do attitude!
