• Customer support and sales: Answering customer inquiries and ensuring follow-up.
• Order management: Receive, process, and coordinate orders from customers, from order to delivery.
• Freight and logistics: Plan and coordinate shipments, including booking freight and following up on deliveries.
• Documentation: Preparation of shipping documents and invoicing, as well as ensuring compliance with customs regulations and import/export procedures.

About youWe imagine that you have some experience from the steel industry, and also have experience within sales.You describe yourself as easy to learn, flexible, service-oriented, stable, adaptable and a person who thrives in a dynamic working environment.
