Job description: Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry in Hong Kong.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• A minimal of 8 years of proven sales experience in the engineering and industrial industry.
• Skilled in project and specification selling with a strong understanding of the process and dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and Cantonese required.
