We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base while ensuring smooth operational processes.Key Responsibilities:Client Outreach & Engagement:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads.

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, buyers, and channel partners.

• Understand client requirements and guide them on suitable investment opportunities.

Operations & Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions on CRM and spreadsheets.

• Assist in handling investor documentation, agreements, and transaction records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline sales and onboarding processes.

Market Research & Reporting:

• Track real estate market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare reports and insights on client interactions and sales performance.

RequirementsWho We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-3 years in sales, tele calling, or operations (Real Estate background is a plus).

• Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
