We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base while ensuring smooth operational processes.Key Responsibilities:Client Outreach & Engagement:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, buyers, and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and guide them on suitable investment opportunities.
Operations & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions on CRM and spreadsheets.
- Assist in handling investor documentation, agreements, and transaction records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline sales and onboarding processes.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Track real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports and insights on client interactions and sales performance.
RequirementsWho We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, tele calling, or operations (Real Estate background is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
