What you”ll do:The Sales Operations & Management Information Analyst is responsible for driving sales and trading performance with the channel leads to optimize AOV and revenue opportunities & ultimately driving the business forward.Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:
- Forecast and Channel Performance: Take ownership of driving forecast cadences and channel performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability in sales projections, along with other core KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Analyse sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leaders.
- Tool Development: Design, construct, and maintain a wide array of tools, including reports and applications, customized to deliver high levels of insight and automation.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage existing tools, applications, and capabilities, or identify opportunities to implement new enablers to drive efficiency across all team functions.
- Business Efficiency: Lead initiatives to enhance business efficiency by providing precise data and high-quality insights on sales by segment or products.
- Process Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on all processes, supporting team members in their operational tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders within VBU and Group, fostering collaboration and alignment.
We Are Looking For You, If You Have:Essential
- A solid background in business operations, sales operations, or commercial/finance business partnering roles.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex, unstructured, and conflicting data, converting it into actionable insights for sales leaders.
- Simple, clear, and effective communicator at all levels, up to Director level, with confidence in presenting to senior audiences and challenging the sales team on their forecast commitments.
- Extensive knowledge of MS suite, Salesforce, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or equivalent tools.
