• Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive 職位名稱：銷售及市場推廣主任

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 職責：

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue 制定及執行銷售與市場推廣策略，以提升品牌知名度及業績
• Identify and engage potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers 開發潛在客戶，維繫現有客戶關係
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends 進行市場調查與競爭分析，掌握市場趨勢
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across digital and offline platforms 策劃及推行線上及線下的宣傳活動
• Prepare marketing materials and write promotional content 撰寫市場推廣文案及製作宣傳資料
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports 跟進銷售進度，準備報告及分析數據
• Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities 參與展覽、講座或推廣活動，擴展業務網絡

JOB REQUIREMENTS 職位要求：

• 1–3 years of relevant experience 具1至3年相關工作經驗
• Experience in training courses, workshops & events is a plus 具備培訓課程、工作坊及活動的相關經驗者優先考慮
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 具備良好的人際關係及溝通技巧
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is a plus 熟悉社交媒體及數碼營銷工具者更佳
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure 積極主動，具團隊合作精神及抗壓能力
