If you’re looking for a role where you can learn, contribute, and advance in your career, this is the opportunity for you.About the Role:We’re seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our Sales Executives and marketing team in building strong business relationships and promoting our product lines. You’ll be working closely with key players in the real estate and design industries, and contributing to impactful sales and marketing efforts.Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Executives in developing business with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, kitchen studios, and furniture factories
• Present design concepts and suggest relevant products to clients
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns for new products
• Design marketing materials, including catalogs and product leaflets
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
• Communicate with manufacturers to gather and clarify product details
• Help identify and resolve service gaps to enhance customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong command of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with basic marketing materials and video editing
• Confident public speaker with presentation experience
• Detail-oriented and professional in business settings
• Passion for interior and architectural design trends
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric, self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written & spoken)
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or wholesale (furniture industry preferred)
