• 3-5 years of sales experience (FMCG industry preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong understanding of FMCG trends and customer behavior.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in export business is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales, planning, and distribution strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage shipments and logistics for international orders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for global expansion strategies.
• Ensure customer retention and timely collection of payments.
• Handle sales pipeline management and provide regular updates.
• Lead contract negotiations and drive revenue objectives.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
