Job description: Hiring for a firm based in Oman for the role of Sales Executive / Sr Sales Executive for Fleet Sales and Vehicle Sales.1. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:a) Understanding product lineupb) Knowledge of product features and USPsc) Understanding of product pricing, schemes and offerd) Knowledge of competitors’ products and featurese) Ensure explanation of product, prices and offers to customer.2. PROSPECT GENERATION:a) Generate prospects through personal contacts, internal database, telephonic leads, etc.b) Field visits to ministries, corporates, schools, taxi stands, etc for generating prospectsc) Digital leads to be called and opportunity created within 24 hours.d) Attending walk-in customerse) Understanding customer needs and offer product accordinglyf) Visit to shopping malls and other places for road show and events3. PROSPECT MANAGEMENT AND SALE CONVERSIONa) Timely and accurate entry of prospect data in CRMb) Regular review, follow-up and updating of prospects in CRMc) Offer test drives to prospective customersd) Use sales closing tools such as referrals, testimonials from existing customerse) Understand customer requirements and provide finance options / schemesf) Co-ordinate with inhouse used car department and outside brokers for trade-in of customer’s used car if requiredg) Co-ordinate with inhouse credit department / banks / NBFCs for loan approvalsh) Escalate to Managers / HODs prior to sale loss4. Delivery:a) Ensure availability of model and colour chosen by customer before the delivery date.b) Ensure customer agreement on price and offers as well as model and colour before the delivery process.c) Ensure customer documentation related to finance is completed prior to delivery of the vehicles.d) Ensure to check the customer vehicle for cleanliness and functionality prior to calling customer for delivery.e) Smooth delivery of vehicle to the customer with proper explanation about features and usage5. CRMa) Ensure 100% customer satisfaction during the entire process of enquiry to delivery of vehicleb) Post sale follow-up with customer with 1 working day of delivery of vehiclec) Proper updating of customer status across all stages of buying processd) Co-ordinate with supervisor and service department for any vehicle related issues after deliverye) Regular touch with existing customers and prospects for reference generation.Job Type: Full-timePay: RO350.000 – RO475.000 per monthEducation:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 7years: 5 years (Preferred)
