If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role, love property tours and negotiations and get excited by achieving (and exceeding) sales targets, you’ll feel right at home here.At WORQ, you won’t just be selling office spaces but you’ll be shaping the future of how people work.Job description:To build relationship with the clients and conclude office dealsTo qualify and validate inbound leads (new members) to be part of our WORQ Space and maintaining excellent working relationshipsTo assign leads and provide support to the Sales TeamTo consistently meet given goals and metrics and willing to work hard towards meeting those goalsTo conduct office viewing and travel multiple outletsTo update deal stages in CRM systemDevelop and maintain a customer databaseMonitor competitors, market conditions and product developmentAssist in lease negotiations and manage tenancy relationships.Perform quality checks on product and service deliveryTo be able to film videos for the use of office space marketingSupport company community initiatives such as business networking events and member engagement activities.Ad Hoc task as assigned by the superior and managementQualificationsJob requirements:Able to work in a fast paced environmentHaving a sales and customer service mindsetExperience in Property or Real Estate industry will be an added advantageAt least 1 year of experience is required for this positionProven track record on sales experience – meeting or exceeding given targetsAbility to drive sales from planning to the closing stageExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skillsSkilled in producing compelling video content and creating promotional materialsSelf-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieveMust have good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Great analytical skills to assess and drive sales resultsBonus points if you have:An entrepreneurial mindset with proactiveness and can do attitudeA sharp mindOutspoken personality
