This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other key stakeholders who require high-quality protective equipment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting public health products, with a strong focus on customer engagement and meeting sales targets.Your Responsibilities:Sales Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned regions, focusing on healthcare facilities, hospitals, medical suppliers, and distributors. Build and manage a sales pipeline by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and following up on leads.Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:
Conduct detailed product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and regulatory compliance of our medical face masks. Address any customer concerns and provide solutions tailored to their needs.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as hospital administrators, procurement managers, and safety officers. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals and institutions.Sales Quotas & Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account management. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while maintaining customer satisfaction.Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings, particularly regarding medical PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and face masks. Provide feedback to the company on product performance and competitive positioning.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and sales campaigns. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure the timely delivery and satisfaction of customer orders.Sales Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account status using CRM tools. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:
Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to regulations regarding medical devices, especially face masks, including FDA approvals, ISO standards, and local healthcare safety guidelines.Territory Management:
Effectively manage your assigned territory, scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and travel to maximize opportunities. Prioritize high-potential accounts while nurturing existing relationships.What our Client is Looking For:Education:
