Job description: Top international distributor of Network & Security, Electrical & Electronic Power Solutions provider expand their team and seeks for sales executiveResponsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Target new markets (Pro-AV and ELV solution) and regions (Hong Kong and Macau), increasing market share and new customer base.
  • Customer Relationships: Strengthening relationships with existing clients will lead to increased customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Performance: contributing to company’s revenue growth and support the growing demand of vendor marketing activities.
  • Competitive Advantage: Responding to market trends and customer presales needs.
  • Investment on headcount: career development will be considered as the planning to minimize the financial impact to the business unit to aid the well balance of operation income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Support to abreast on market intelligence of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential new clients to present products, services, and solutions tailored to their needs – increase scope of solutions to sell to the market
  • Presale support of product and solution with vendors assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to align sales strategies and provide market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Building Systems or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, presales or sales engineer (preferably in Physical Security, Pro-AV or ELV Solution integration).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, costing structure and technical presales workflow.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. (Fluent English and Mandarin)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in software of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experiences in operate of corporate system (e.g. ERP, CRM platform)
