Help us deliver solutions that ensure Life Is On everywhere, for everyone and at every moment.Great people make Schneider Electric a great company.What do you get to do in this position?· P&L responsible for Busway system.· Familiarity with the industry and market trends, Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and customer services skills.· Responsible for promoting and selling Schneider Solutions to end customers directly, identifying new business opportunities and providing technical support to customers.· Fully command in negotiations commercial and technical both.· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers including regular communication, site visits and meeting.· Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, including sales performance, customer feedback and market trends.QualificationsWho are we looking for? – This job might be for you if:· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.· 6-8 years’ experience in similar role.· Fluency in English is a must.· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.· Proven ability to solve problems creatively.We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
