They engage passionately, forming strategic partnerships and adopting a customer-centric approach to expand Zoom’s global presence and maximize virtual collaboration for businesses.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and delivering end-to-end prospecting enablement for our Revenue organization with an emphasis on our XDR OrgOnboarding new XDR reps with processes, tools and executionAssisting managers and stakeholders with breaking down high-level asks into tactical actionsDeveloping impactful Outreach strategy/sequences for rev org execution – Creation & Upload; Localization of materialExecuting change management effectively to drive the adoption of top prioritiesMeasuring the success of enablement and improvements within workflow to drive and scale organizational impactIdentifying key opportunities for improvement within our current pipeline-producing workflowsWhat we’re looking forExperience of combined sales and enablement backgroundAble to thrive and drive clarity in ambiguous situations, with adaptability and a growth mindset.Demonstrate out of box thinking to drive organizational impactDemonstrate willingness to consistently learn and grow from experiences to drive impact toward future initiativesExperience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, enablement, data science and analytics teamsHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsHave Salesforce and Outreach knowledgeSalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum: $65 200,00Maximum: $158 900,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
