The role involves working closely with Sales Operations and the Sales Team to identify business problems and opportunities related to data quality.What You’ll Do:

• Identify and merge duplicate accounts and contacts.
• Collaborate with Salesops and the Sales team to analyze data and provide solutions.
• Build and maintain key metrics related to data quality.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Analyze large datasets to develop insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
• Handle various types of accounts including Franchise/partner/contractor accounts for deduplication and enrichment needs.

• Someone who is inquisitive, internally motivated and not satisfied with the status quo.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience managing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen, with an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and handle data-related challenges.
• Ability to identify gaps in processes and implement improvements.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.
