The Sales & Customer Service Executive will actively engage with customers to present Etisalat plans and solutions, address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently while delivering a positive service experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Etisalat plans including mobile, prepaid/postpaid, and telecom devices
  • Provide clear and accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions
  • Upsell and cross-sell accessories and value-added services to enhance revenue
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and support
  • Handle customer complaints, provide timely resolutions, and document feedback
  • Maintain customer records including transactions, complaints, and resolutions
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across communication channels
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to confidently answer queries
  • Support internal teams with insights on customer trends and feedback

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, front desk, or customer service roles
  • Graduate qualification preferred
  • Certification in customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Computer proficiency and CRM system familiarity
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
