Job description: As part of the Commercial team assist the PD Sales Manager with the complete order execution of the PD customers.Key Deliverables:

• Attend progress/ kick off meetings and prepare a monthly sales plan.
• Ensure all Documentations are completed as per customer requirements and obtain approval of documents from the customer.
• Act as a coordinator between the client and the internal team during
• delivery and order execution.
• You will be responsible to coordinate with the client inspection team to cooperate on product inspection.
• Obtain clearance from the customer to dispatch the product.
• Prepare and submit invoices to the customers.
• Ensure reports are sent to the finance department after the completion of the collection.
• Prepare project report after project completion and get approval from
• the customer.
• Ensure progress updates are given to client.
• You will be responsible to review the Manufacturing completion Program (MCP) every month.
• Ensure the payment target are achieved every month.

Job Profile:Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent computer skills.
• Client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Time management.

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in project execution and sales coordination role.

Business Understanding:

• Knowledge of manufacturing industry.
