Our biggest challenge is consistently answering phones for new leads and proactively following up to close sales. These missed opportunities are holding us back from achieving our full potential-especially during our peak season.
As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we capture every opportunity to grow our customer base and increase revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesClient-Focused Tasks
-Answer inbound calls from potential customers, capturing lead data immediately, and providing initial information or quotes.
-Manage lead generation efforts through email, outbound phone calls, and SMS outreach to expand our customer list.
-Nurture leads with timely follow-ups via email, calls, and SMS to ensure they stay engaged in the sales pipeline.
-Proactively contact property managers and commercial accounts to identify dog waste management services opportunities and initiate the bidding process.
-Convert leads into paying customers by providing pricing details, capturing credit card information, and securely saving payment methods while collecting deposits as needed.Operational Excellence
-Monitor and optimize our CRMs (Jobber and ResponsiBid) to track leads, update customer information, and maintain an accurate and actionable sales pipeline.
-Build out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lead generation and nurturing processes to streamline future operations.
-Occasional Administrative Support
-Assist with back-end tasks as needed, but the primary focus will remain on client-facing activities.
Qualifications:
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
-Strong sales and lead conversion abilities.
-Experience managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS campaigns.
-Proficiency with CRM tools like Jobber and ResponsiBid (or the ability to quickly learn similar systems).
-Ability to create and follow SOPs for sales and client management processes.
-Availability to work during core business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.Preferred Skills
-Experience with commercial outreach and property management sales.
-Familiarity with Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
-Knowledge of pet care or related service industries is a bonus.What We Offer
