As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads. Focused on the U.S. market, this role demands exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s BPO and IT consulting business.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential clients. (SQL & MQL)
Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads generated through marketing campaigns and qualify their potential.
Lead Qualification: Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure high-quality targeting and alignment with business priorities. Utilize criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads and transfer them to Senior Sales Executives.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
Market Research: Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach activities and meetings booked.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s offerings, the U.S. market, and emerging trends in the industry.
Requirements:
Minimum undergraduate in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field shall be preferred.
2+ years of experience in lead generation, lead qualification specifically within the BPO, Software Development, or IT services industry.
Strong understanding of BPO and IT services offerings, market dynamics, and client needs.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills required.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales-related KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage. (Salesforce, Hubsoft & Microsoft Dynamics)
A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to work onsite during U.S. business hours (night shift) i.e. 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST onsite.
