Job description: Group 1 Brighton is looking for a Sales Associate.Your roleAs part of a successful, global automotive group, you’ll broaden your experience across both sites and brands. And with the right support from us, you’ll be able to progress as high as you can aim.

• Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a “customer focused” attitude.
• Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database.
• Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
• Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships.
• Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
