We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant & Customer Service Officer to join our team to lead the development of Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) Home Care Packages (HCP) growth in Latrobe Valley.This is a unique position that will allow the successful applicant to be involved in expanding the business, with expert support from a well-established team. If you are motivated and committed to providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!Your responsibilities will include;

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our aged care services in Gippsland
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals and families seeking Home Care Services
  • Actively engage in sales activities such as networking, attending industry events, and building partnerships with local organisations
  • Ensure a smooth transition for clients by coordinating with internal teams during the onboarding process
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

To be successful, you will require;

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the aged care industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and make sound decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
  • Motivated and target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the aged care sector and an understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by clients and their families is desirable
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
