Please refer to the website for further informationYou will be part of a team of 4 members, daily working to create the best student and co-living residency in Denmark.Purpose of the RoleThe Sales Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Nido Bryggen, focusing on managing residential apartments, achieving a consistent occupancy level of 98%, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This role will also support leasing and sales activities to drive occupancy and revenue growth.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesOperations:

  • Foster a ‘residents-first’ culture, ensuring high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
  • Manage the leasing and administrative operations for short- and long-term residential apartments.
  • Lead the leasing operations at Nido Bryggen, ensuring a seamless and professional process for all prospective and existing residents.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a minimum of 98% occupancy year-on-year.
  • Implement and support sales strategies to generate leads, improve occupancy rates, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct property viewings, maintain follow-up communication, and manage inquiries to maximize leasing potential.
  • Assist with the marketing of vacant units and track performance to ensure occupancy targets are met.
  • Address resident concerns professionally and enforce compliance with residence policies.
  • Maintain and update property management systems to reflect current availability and pricing.
  • Monitor market trends and analyse competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to and that all agreements and contracts comply with legal standards.
  • Implement and oversee monitoring systems to track lead and sales conversions, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee rent collection, manage arrears, and reconcile accounts on time.
  • Assist the General Manager with budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing cost management strategies related to sales and leasing.
  • Contribute to revenue-generating initiatives to boost profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in sales and leasing, with a track record of achieving high occupancy rates.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, including lead generation and closing techniques.
  • Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships to enhance sales performance.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other tools to track and analyse sales data.
  • Skilled in identifying market trends and adjusting strategies to maintain high occupancy levels.

Expected salary: 330000 – 346610 per year
