Job description: Essential Duties The role will be assigned but not limited to the following responsibilities: Responsible for providing administrative support to sales & marketing team. Issue sales orders, arrange delivery & collection for B2B customers Prepare daily reports and handle daily admin tasks. Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK & CBSC Qualifications & Experience College/bachelor’s degree in any discipline 2 – 3 years relevant working experience in sales order processing and customer service would be advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge Good command of spoken and written English Good interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure. Familiarity with Salesforce.com Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time
