The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales for outsourcing services.Key Responsibilities:– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads for outsourcing services.
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
– Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
– Work closely with internal teams to create solutions that align with client needs.
– Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.Qualifications & Experience:– Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the outsourcing industry.
– Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Strong understanding of outsourcing services and industry trends.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple client accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
– Experience using CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
– Self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic thinker.
– Knowledge of digital transformation and outsourcing trends.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Experience with contract management and pricing strategies.
