Summary The Payroll & Benefits Manager will oversee and process the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. They will also be responsible for coordinating benefits for the organization.Essential Functions of the Job

  • Manage the payroll email inbox which will include change of pay requests, payroll correction requests, and other payroll related email communications.
  • Running payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Assist in gathering information from multiple reports to analyze data and trends.
  • Compile and input data for various monthly and quarterly metrics reports.
  • Manage and execute quarterly payroll audits as directed by the Senior Team Services Manager.
  • Field questions related to EDI communication between the payroll processing system and our benefits provider(s).
  • Answer benefit related questions for employees.
  • Process and keep track of FMLA and Short Term Disability requests.
  • Assist in planning and executing Open Enrollment tasks.
  • Processes Work and Life Events in ADP.
