Reporting to the Facilities Manager – Security Services, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures, utilising your analytical skills and forward-thinking approach to guide both clients and your team. You will implement plans and monitor operations to ensure that all standards are met.This role allows the successful candidate to leverage their past experiences and demonstrate their ability to thrive in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. You will use your management practices to mitigate risks, resolve incidents, and ensure the safety and security of the University of Auckland’s people, visitors, and assets.As the University’s Safety and Security Manager, you will face dynamic challenges that few other positions can offer, including managing large-scale campus events that require meticulous risk planning and management.
