As a key player in our team, you will be at the forefront of transforming safety practices and championing a proactive safety culture across the organisation. You will work closely with a range of business areas to offer advice and guidance on a wide range of safety-related matters. Your strong communication and leadership skills will allow you to engage with stakeholders ranging from top leadership to workers in the field. You will leverage your strong influencing skills to challenge and reinforce positive safety behaviours, shaping decision-making processes that prioritise safety as a core value.You will play an integral part in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, driving continuous improvement in safety practices and contributing to a culture of wellbeing across the organisation.At Main Roads, we are committed to innovation and progress.
