Location: Covering Four branches across North + Central London
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days on a rota.)Overview:First Military Recruitment are working alongside an independent group of safety deposit centres across North & Central London. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and well-mannered Safety Deposit Clerk to Deal with customer enquiries whether in person or telephone enquiries for new and existing clients.Our client are very keen on the prospect of hiring ex-military individuals however, all applications will be under consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Chasing clients that are overdue & haven’t paid
• Showing potential clients around/ Renting new Boxes
• Taking & processing renewals, over the phone, in person or online.
• Completing & processing contracts for clients needing to sign contracts
• Helping any clients that may need our help when using the centre
• Dealing with various procedures that can happen on any given day examples being:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• IT Literate
• Ability to maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure.
• Using your own initiative
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
