Our rural bankers have a good grasp of rural business realities; many are farmers themselves or have experience in farming and they are very much a part of their local community.To continue our excellent success story in our Rural team, we are looking for a Rural Relationship Manager to join our busy Morrinsville team.Te tūranga | The role:Working alongside experienced Rural leaders you will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of complex Rural business from within a current portfolio; assisting these businesses to meet their financial objectives through the promotion of ASB products & services suited to their ongoing individual needs.As part of your day to day activities, you will prepare, analyse and communicate complex large-scale credit transactions, manage your customers lending, deposit, one team referrals and other banking requirements to ensure we are providing solutions best suited to their financial needs. You will establish strong working relationships with your customers; providing outstanding customer service to a portfolio of high net worth individuals and key industry leaders. Ultimately you will assume the lead responsibility for these customers as you develop in the role.Ō pūkenga | About you:This is an outstanding development opportunity for someone with experience and a proven track record in analysing and structuring complex proposals, with outstanding communication, organisational and time-management skills.
