Job description: A RTR accountant is a professional responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.– Assist in providing Record to Report services within Global Business Services.
– Support the general ledger (GL) month-end closing process.
– Contribute to the analysis of business results.
– Support SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance and control activities.
– Participate in the expansion of the GL & Reporting transfer roadmap.
– Engage in work process design, alignment, and policy implementation.Hybrid working arrangement |Flexible working hour– A recognized degree in Accounting with relevant professional experience.
– Preferably has experience in a Shared Service Center environment.
– Professional qualification (e.g., CPA/ACCA) is a plus.
– Proficient in MS Office tools, with experience in SAP preferred.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Expertise in Excel and Power BI is an advantage.A globally known shared service centre
