Job description: Our client seeks a highly experienced CRM Software Developer with deep technical expertise in Siebel configuration, development, and integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating system specifications into tested CRM applications, supporting high-availability architecture, and integrating with technologies such as Adobe AEM and J2EE. – Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining and conducting unit tests.
– Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical issues related to Siebel IP18+ configuration and development, EIM/EAI integration, Open UI architecture, and interactions with third-party platforms such as Adobe AEM and J2EE-based systems.
– Applies advanced Siebel development techniques including Assignment Manager, Business Rules, and scripting across Siebel Business Layer objects, while supporting front-end enhancements using HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
– Contributes to CRM reporting through OBIEE and Power BI development, collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with external applications, and ensures alignment with accessibility and public sector standards.
– Other deliverables as directed by management.Qualifications
Must Have:
– 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration
– 5+ years of experience in Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
– 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
– 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring/developing.General Skills:
– Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level.
– Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
– Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications.
– Experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting applications.
– Experience in the use of object and/or third-generation language development tools.
– Experience in one or more programming languages.
– Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting.
– Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
– Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages.
– Experience with one or more communications protocols.
– Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications.
– Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
– A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines CRM Software.Development Skills:
– Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases high availability solution design and implementation.
– Knowledge and experience with specific CRM enterprise architecture methodologies, design standards and tools.
– Experience with middleware and gateways.
– Expertise in specific tools for CRM software development.Desirable Skills:
– Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications.
– Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
– Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.
– Experience with middleware and gateways.
– Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts, including encoding, testing, and debugging.
– Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues.
– Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team.
– Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
