Job description: The Product Manager role is focused on guiding the strategy, execution, and lifecycle of products through effective planning, communication, and delivery. The position involves defining product vision and strategy, prioritizing features, overseeing the backlog, de-risking product direction, and managing delivery timelines. The Product Manager will maintain alignment between product teams, business stakeholders, and executives through clear reporting, measurable goals, and ongoing feedback loops. Emphasis is placed on user-centered design, agile (scrum) methodologies, and collaborative relationship management to drive product success from discovery to live environments.Advantages

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision, roadmaps, and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Prioritize features, manage product backlogs, and author user stories with the business product owner
• Deliver continuous enhancements to the minimal viable product using agile methodologies
• Monitor key performance indicators and product success metrics through dashboards
• Communicate effectively with senior management via executive summaries and product updates
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the product lifecycle
• Facilitate discovery insights through end-user research
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and promote alignment across stakeholders
• Provide rationales for product direction and decisions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management within Agile/Scrum environments
• Demonstrated communication and mediation skills to align business teams and core teams
• Ability to manage product risks, issues, scheduling, and stakeholder reporting
• Experience participating in steering committees and presenting to senior executives
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, collaboration tools (MIRO, Trello, Confluence), and backlog tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
• Scrum master experience is preferred
