Job description: This role is for a Project Manager/Leader responsible for overseeing complex, high-profile IT projects involving Power Platform, data migration, and low-code solutions. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage Azure DevOps-integrated systems, and ensure projects are delivered on time and in alignment with agile methodology. Duties include creating project schedules, coordinating development efforts, facilitating stakeholder communications, and mitigating project risks. The position supports strategic initiatives that enhance IT infrastructure and simplify administrative processes while adhering to accessibility and compliance standards.Advantages

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale IT transformation projects with multi-integrated systems
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, and business stakeholders
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and product backlog grooming
• Drive readiness planning, MVP release support, and system stabilization
• Advise on technical deliverables, data migration strategies, and environment dependencies
• Provide project updates, documentation, and training for stakeholders
• Facilitate risk assessments and resolve interdepartmental resource conflicts
• Ensure AODA accessibility compliance and digital standard alignment

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects involving Power Platform and Azure DevOps
• Strong technical background in managing data migration initiatives
• Expertise in Agile methodology, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
• Ability to plan and support infrastructure, testing, and deployment activities
• Skilled in creating project documentation: business cases, charters, migration plans
• Effective communicator with experience handling stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Understanding of accessibility legislation and digital standards
