Job description: We are seeking a Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to support the design, development, and implementation of a Customer Experience Platform (CXP). The role involves business analysis, Agile leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization to enhance service delivery and customer experiences.Advantages

Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Define business strategies, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
- Lead the development of user stories, process models, and system diagrams.
- Ensure business requirements align with IT solutions.
- Facilitate Agile team collaboration and support backlog grooming.
- Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements.
- Foster collaboration between Agile teams, product owners, and project teams.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and training materials for various stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates.
- Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.
- Support Agile practices and enhance customer experience journeys.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis and process re-engineering.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience with process modeling, data flow diagrams, and business case development.
- Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work under tight deadlines.
- Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).
- Experience in IT service delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.
