Job description: We are seeking a Solutions Designer – CRM to lead the design, configuration, and integration of Salesforce Field Service Modules in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role involves analysing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce solutions ensuring end to end architecture, security, and best practices are followed for scheduling and dispatch services.Advantages

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce Field Service Modules, including user profiles, sharing rules, and security settings.
• Develop custom Apex code, Lightning components, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
• Produce architectural documents (e.g., Information Architecture, Solution Architecture) in line with standards.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and design prototypes or proofs of concept for proposed solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and SSO.
• Migrate changes across environments using CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
• Participate in agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective sessions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to team members and leadership, proactively offering mitigations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects/incidents, conducting root cause analyses.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to staff regarding solution architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Field Service and proven configuration/development track record.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Platform Developer I, Omni Studio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, Administrator).
• Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce security model, and integration design.
• Experience producing architecture documentation, conducting fit/gap analyses, and implementing AODA-compliant solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab).
• Experience with public sector or large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong agile and DevOps background for sprint management, bug tracking, and collaboration.
