Job description: We are seeking a Project Manager/Leader (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with a proven track record in delivering highly technical cross-functional projects within health/public safety settings, expert knowledge of PMI and Agile methodologies, experience in both agile and waterfall SDLC, and demonstrated expertise implementing PowerBI dashboard projects.Advantages

Responsibilities

• Define project charters, integrated schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with gating processes and aligned project management frameworks.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams on development and integration tasks, including PowerBI dashboard implementation.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies; maintain rigorous budget and scope control.
• Liaise with sponsors, senior executives, and external partners to manage project updates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver timely status reports, steering committee updates, and communication plans.
• Employ a hybrid approach, integrating backlog management, scrum ceremonies, and traditional milestone tracking.
• Facilitate go/no-go checkpoints, ensuring readiness across multiple environments.
• Adhere to recognized standards (PMI, Agile) and optimize processes for future projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually refine workflows and resolve interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large technical cross-functional projects in health/public safety.
• Expertise in PMI and Agile methodologies, with demonstrated SDLC knowledge (agile/waterfall).
• PowerBI dashboard project experience, including data analytics best practices.
• Strong leadership, risk mitigation, and communication skills to coordinate budgets, resources, and timelines.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with advanced data or cloud-based projects in complex operational environments.
