Job description: We are seeking a Product Manager (hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote) with 8+ years of product development and management experience (including 4 years specifically in CRM). This role will guide a comprehensive payment modernization and contact center initiative, leveraging agile methods and best practices to ensure a seamless, customer-centric transformation of critical payment systems.Advantages

1.Gather and prioritize ideas from various stakeholders; translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
2.Ensure alignment between short-term deliverables and long-term business objectives.
3.Liaise with delivery teams and external partners to integrate user feedback, track releases, and optimize solutions.
4.Maintain and refine product backlogs to address evolving business requirements.
5.Oversee a project portfolio of CRM-related technologies, ensuring synergy across product activities.
6.Facilitate milestone confirmations, resolve escalations, and maintain stakeholder consensus on scope and timelines.
7.Input into budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking for assigned product lines.
8.Identify process improvement opportunities, leveraging automation or technology to streamline delivery.
9.Guide teams through agile sprints and retrospectives, advocating on behalf of end-users.
10.Mentor staff members, ensuring a high-performance culture aligned with corporate goals.Qualifications
A.Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years in product development/management, with 4+ years in CRM Product Management.
- Demonstrable success in large, complex projects requiring multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Agile certification (Agile Certified Professional or Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience in budgeting, risk mitigation, vendor relationship management, and conflict resolution.
B.Additional
- Public sector experience is required.
- Familiarity with advanced procurement approaches and project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, etc.) is beneficial.
