Job description: Description The Role Optimize processes: Enhance the performance and scalability of RPA/DPA and Power Platform applications. Collaborate: Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to design and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Spot new opportunities: Contribute to identifying new automation possibilities that will add value to the business. Lead by example: Help streamline processes by offering your subject matter expertise and support across teams. End to End development: Facilitate the gathering/understanding of requirements, design and development, testing and debugging, implementation and documentation. Qualifications The Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or any related field 6+ years of work experience. Should have worked on 2 or more UiPath projects Advance level in RPA/DPA development (UiPath, Power Platform etc.) Proficiency in programming languages like C#, PowerShell, or Python Experience in writing SQL queries Hands-on experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and flowcharting. A strong understanding of how RPA can solve real business challenges Familiarity with standard web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, XML. etc.) Experience with JIRA, Web-based applications and tools is a plus Experience in any web test automation development such as Selenium, Applitools, Browserstack etc. is a plus Solid understanding of internet technologies, web servers and web proxy servers Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projects Desire to learn, accept new challenges and have fun Willing to work on EMEA or AMERICA shift WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
