The Royalty Payments team is responsible for reporting to producers, broadcasters, other stakeholders and contributors for their shares of the profit that is generated from these sales.The team is part of central Finance Operations and provides support to most business areas across ITV. The Royalty Payments team collaborates closely with colleagues in Talent Payments, Rights, Business Affairs and Finance.The roleWe are looking for a Royalty Statements Assistant to join our Royalty Payments team on a 12 month basis to support our activities during our new system integration.Process Responsibilities

• Prepare income files and revenue streams, working largely in Excel
• Process current royalty deals in the OMIPM Pre-Production and Production environments in line with their contractual deadlines.
• Assist other members of the team to hit deadlines and KPIs when required
• Work with the Statements Manager and Continuous Improvement team to identify any process efficiencies and to drive process improvement.
• Assist with any testing and any system improvements/changes by producing test data and creating test scripts.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

• Confidence using Excel and working with data
• Good level of numerical analytical ability
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-organised and is able to work independently effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver objectives throughout a period of change
• Good communication skills and is able to engage with internal and external stakeholders of differing levels or seniority.

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

• Experience of working in a Royalty / Financial background or data processing environment is advantageous
• Experience of Royalty and/or Rights systems is desirable
• Experience of Oracle Fusion (or other integrated ERP software) is desirable
