The Mortgages department is a part of the Retail Lending business of the bank and offers Home Loans and Loan against Property to all categories of customers Pan India.About the Role:
This is a leadership role responsible for achieving business goals, optimizing profitability, overseeing compliance, and driving transformation within HL and LAP business. It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue, enhance portfolio growth, and ensure risk compliance.Details of the Role:

Location Pan India Reporting (Matrix)Key Responsibilities:
Business Goals and Profitability

• Achieve open market mortgage sales targets in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain a healthy funnel of leads and conversions.

Sales and Channel Development

• Lead a team of field officers focused on customer acquisition via branch & DSA channels.
• Initiate local activities such as canopy setups, tie-ups agents for lead generation.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure due diligence and compliance in customer acquisition and file submissions.
• Identify red flags and take corrective actions to maintain sourcing quality.

Customer Experience

• Ensure prompt service and communication with customers acquired through open market efforts.
• Follow up on customer feedback to improve engagement and experience.

Digital Adoption and Innovation

• Promote usage of digital tools and mobile apps for lead capture and tracking among the field team.

.Qualifications:

• Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
• 6+ sales experience (secured products preferred) with at least 2-3 years in HL and LAP
