Develop and maintain risk frameworks, ensure business continuity, and drive proactive risk identification and mitigation. Conduct internal audits and provide strategic advice to senior leaders.   • Qualifications: Post-graduate qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise: Strong background in risk management, business continuity, and crisis management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex risk concepts.
  • Strategic Advisor: Proven experience in providing strategic advice on risk identification and mitigation.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience in advocating Te Tiriti o Waitangi practices and leading the use of te reo, tikanga, and mātauranga Māori.
