They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Risk Analyst to join our client.Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: TBD
Location: Toronto, ON
Location type: Hybrid; onsite twice a week
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core business hoursJob Responsibilities:

• Support SAS Migration Project Work for Data Documentation and setting up infrastructure for target state.
• Work with stakeholders for data documentation (meta data) and walk your way through multiple Privacy partners ensuring that the data is ready to be migrated to the new platform.
• Clear understanding of PI/PCI/Data Security Classification to support File movement between platforms.
• Support Audit Requests as and when needed.
• Develop and enhance python scripts for file movements between folders, scanning content for PI, Validating data against master copies.
• Develop and enhance Confi-forms for various intake processes.
• Support Access Management for SAS GRID as and when needed by submitting support now tickets and managing status on intake forms.
• Generate reports for executives for access and space consumption on the platform and ensuring platform capacity is maintained within thresholds.
• Assist in the preparation of material (decks) for executive committee meetings, status meetings, and dashboard reporting.
• Support the collection of evidence, tracking and closure of Audit and Regulatory reviews (approx. 4 per year).
• Maintain and execute Data In/out Data Management process, includes Working with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the data in/out processes are complete, and promoting updates as needed
• Ensure no PI/PCI information is moved in/out of the system without appropriate coverage through PIA.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Experience and strong understanding of the different data categories for the bank (i.e. Critical, Restricted, Confidential, Internal, and Public)
• Experience working with Enterprise control partners such as Audit, Privacy, EP, EDGO, etc.
• Experience developing Python Scripts
• Experience with Confi-form (Development)
• Experience with Technology platforms such as JIRA/Confluence, ServiceNow, AWF as a user
• Understanding of both business and technology requirements and ability to liaise between partners
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities, ensuring critical deadlines are met
• Provide constructive feedback and challenge the status quo as required
• Understanding of UNIX OS and file system would be an asset
• Excel, VBA skill would be an asset
• A high-level understanding of SAS or similar coding languages
