Job description: DESCRIPTIONThe Risk Analyst (Australia and East Asia), reporting to the International TERA head and part of the broader International Security & Loss Prevention (S&LP) team, will primarily be responsible for managing the day-to-day tactical risks to Amazon people, operations, and assets in Australia, Singapore, and Japan. They will monitor open source information, write risk alerts, and engage stakeholders to ensure protections. The main stakeholders are end-to-end Operations and Field Loss Prevention (LP) teams.Key job responsibilities
– Conduct open source monitoring of threats to Amazon people, operations, and assets.
– Write proactive risk alerts and engage stakeholders to ensure protections are in place as needed.
– Support incident management teams responding to high impact incidents in Australia and East Asia.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent
– Experience working in Australia or East Asia, with strong familiarity of security context.
– Strong verbal and written communicationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster’s Degree in related field.
Fluency in Japanese.
