  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process which includes drafting advertisements that are tailored to the job profile and team
  • Partner closely with the hiring managers and stakeholders to plan and support the recruitment activity
  • Ensure a fair and consistent approach is maintained
  • Design recruitment strategies and support talent sourcing, strategic recruitment and pipeline development

The salary range is $76,022 – $92,915 midpoint being $84,468 (100%)Ko wai koe | About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven recruitment experience: Own the recruitment process and develop strategic recruitment plans to attract wider group of applicants
  • Talent sourcing: Design recruitment plans tailored for the role and team, have a fresh perspective on writing advertisements and maintain extensive candidate care
  • Technical expertise: Ability to learn new systems quickly and coach hiring managers on the usage (familiarity with SnapHire is desirable)
  • Strong collaborator: Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement: Working on processes and systems to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Te Reo Māori: Comfortable operating in a tikanga/kaupapa Māori environment (a degree of fluency in Te Reo Māori is desirable but not required)
