Job description: Department: Commercial ExcellenceReports to: Revenue Growth ManagerLocation: Dublin or LisburnContract: PermanentABOUT THE ROLEThe Revenue Growth Management team plays a key role in developing our strategies & translating them into point of purchase execution plans which meet shopper and consumer needs in a way that helps drive sustainable, profitable growth for our Consumers, Customers and Coca-Cola HBC – the Triple Win.As RGM Category Initiatives Lead, you will be part of the Revenue Growth Management Team within the Commercial Excellence function. You will be a key person in developing the country’s commercial strategy, taking the lead in the development and implementation of the right pack and price architecture for our energy and hydration portfolio with the purpose of capturing maximized revenue potential based on different shopper/consumer needs and tapping into new revenue pools in the future.This role requires a good understanding of Sales, Marketing and Finance, and also provides extensive opportunities for cross-functional collaboration as well as influencing senior stakeholders.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design process of our Pack and Price Strategy focused on our OBPPC (Occasion-Brand-Pack-Price-Channel) framework combining market, shopper, consumer and customer insights, data analytics, research, Group Commercial guidelines and applicable best practices
  • Support and track implementation of approved OBPPC strategies in close co-operation with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain Teams
  • Develop guidelines for in outlet execution per different store formats / channels based on available data analytics
  • Support operational promotion planning in line with overall product and price positioning
  • Track development of price corridors and OBPPC architectures, report OBPPC initiatives and key KBIs
  • Actively support the senior management in developing the annual business plans
  • Contribute to develop a corporate culture where OBPPC is a key framework to all key commercial people and is a base to all critical strategic and tactical decisions regarding portfolio and pricing
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in our offices – Dublin or Lisburn

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORQualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a commercial/marketing/finance role
  • Strong commercial acumen & curiosity
  • Self-starter with the ability to deliver results within pre-determined timeframes
  • High levels of determination and initiative
  • Ability to form effective working partnerships within functions, across functions and with external organisations in order to deliver results
  • Demonstrate ability to influence key stakeholders and peers cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical & scenario planning skills which will allow the generation of strong recommendations for Triple-Win RGM proposals
  • IT literate with effective skills in Excel (ideally advanced) and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability of results-oriented performance. A professional manner matched with a high work ethic
  • Understanding of Financial P&L structure
