Job description: ROLE PURPOSE:Our vision is to create an RFP team within Client Group that delivers a high quality and value-added service to our clients. We aim to promote engaging and collaborative relationships with our internal stakeholders so that we can meet their client and prospect needs and support Impax’s mission of delivering superior risk-adjusted returns from opportunities arising from the transition to a more sustainable economy while making a meaningful contribution to the development of a sustainable society. This role will provide RFP support to our clients and distribution partners primarily across the EMEA & APAC region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the sales process by completing RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs with a high standard of accuracy and within tight deadlines.
  • Support the sales and investment teams, as well as other members of the RFP team, by responding to requests for information.
  • Source and compile quantitative and qualitative information; edit and customise qualitative content as needed to improve commercial appeal and enhance RFP success rate
  • Collaborate with SMEs, investment managers, and other content owners to ensure accurate, consistent, and compelling content.
  • Build relationships and develop a strong knowledge of products, marketing, and sales initiatives.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of written content in the proposal management software.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to ideas solutions proactively and constructively
  • Contribute to peer reviews for accuracy and quality assurance

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:About You:

  • Experience in delivering RFPs and DDQs to wholesale and institutional clients at an asset manager.
  • An understanding of investment products, including familiarity with various asset types such as equity and fixed income.
  • Highly proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of proposal management software useful
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills in completing different assignments
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collegially with flexibility and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Highest level of ethical standards, integrity, professionalism, and judgment
  • Investment Management Certificate (IMC) preferred.
